Kisfaludy Accommodation Development Construction - development of private accommodation and other accommodation facilities

The basic objective of the scheme is to improve the overall quality and service level of private accommodation and other accommodation facilities linked to tourist attractions and located near tourist attractions, to increase profitability and sustainability through the revenue generated by the operation of the accommodation, to strengthen the tax paying capacity of the tourism sector and to improve tax paying morale. In order to ensure that accommodation and destinations in Hungary can meet the challenges of modern 21st century tourism and the needs of guests, it is essential to provide the necessary sustainable and quality accommodation. The quality and range of services may vary and differ from one category of accommodation to another, but given that in many cases these changes cannot be achieved through self-financing alone, the aim of this call for proposals is to provide a support scheme to enable private accommodation and other accommodation establishments to improve the quality of their services.

Detailed objectives:

improving the quality of services (improving the quality and comfort of accommodation, developing thematic services, e.g. family-friendly services);
improvements to improve the operational efficiency of accommodation (energy investments/services);
to increase the number of guests and overnight stays in the destinations concerned, or to extend the season or address seasonality imbalances in the units operating seasonally due to the nature of the destination;
ensuring the continued annual operation of service providers;
creating jobs and retaining existing staff through the implementation of projects.
In the case of projects, particular attention should be paid to the capacity of the accommodation facilities that are created, renewed and expanded through service development and modernisation:

address the imbalances due to seasonality;
to be able to ensure continuity of operations, thereby meeting local taxes and other public charges.

Purchase of equipment directly linked to the provision of accommodation services. Outdoor investments.
